This is my favourite exercise tool. I have yet been able to permanently remove a link, but I don't do 30 min a day. I have a very sedentary lifestyle, so I started out with 10 min a day. The hoop is beginning to feel looser, though. This tool gets my heart rate up (about 30 BPM above my resting heart rate on average.) Some recommendations: � Start small. If you jump in with 30 min from nothing, it will be too hard, and you will want to quit. Think big picture. It does work! � Get a sweat belt. I saw a few columns that says it hurts. It does. The sweat belt gives more padding, which reduces the impact on your skin. � I also saw a few comments that it is hard to remove a link. Yes. ??If you only push in the link before the one that you want to remove, you will struggle. Rather, stretch the one that you want to remove. Within moderation, it will not break. it's a lot easier. Enjoy! This thing does give results if you use it consistently. I've been on and off, but now that I only do 10 min, it's a lot easier to stick to it, and when I use it diligently, I can see my waist line improving.

It is easy to add pieces (links) but much more tricky to take them off if you need to make it smaller. If you plan on using the extension with the weight you need to make sure you have sufficient space to do so. It is fun to use.

Love it! The first time you use it, it seems easy and it feels like you do nothing much. But do 500 cycles and we will talk again... I don't feel that it does anything for my stomach (maybe I'm not doing it right), but it does give me a good hips and butt workout. As a footnote, I ordered a red one and got pink. Maybe the red is actually a pink. Have fun!
