Progressive Overload - Flexi Muscles adjustable dumbbells allow for progressive overload, a key principle in strength training. Users can gradually increase the weight as they get stronger, challenging their muscles and promoting continuous improvement in strength and muscle growth.

Bars are good quality, they weights are nice and black coated. Perfect for a home start up gym

It's weights. High quality build. If I had to nit-pick a con, then it's the fact that putting on the spin lock goodies take a while. would have preferred a smooth barbell and dumbells with a slide on and clip type lock. Also, my case that the weights come in was damaged. Still works though. Has wheels so easy to move around.

i am happy with the 20kg dumbbell set i just received earlier today.

Exactly what I wanted. Good quality. They are build to last and I love the fact that they came with a case after a workout you can just put everything into the case to minimize clutter. I really recommend it. I gave it 5 star because the product it's just perfect in everyway, good value for money.
