Wall mounted requirements - Concrete wall or brick wall is suggested for mounting this pull up bar and dip station. DON'T install on drywall, plaster walls and cavity.
Comfortable - Tear resistant, Well-padded, high density, padded back and arm cushions provide comfort as you work out your abdomen, waist, chest, and upper limbs.
Non-slip grip position - You can grip this pull up bar in the wide, parallel or narrow position. Allow for a variety of angles to workouts. Anti-slip handles provide comfort when you are exercising.
Wall Mounting Recommendations:
• The product should be installed on solid cement wall, solid red brick wall or solid tile wall.
• You’d better not install the product on hollow brick wall, honeycomb brick wall and sandwich panel.
• Do not tighten all screws at the time of installation, tighten them after complete installation.
• The unilateral load-bearing is 130KG, and the load is ultimately determined by the robustness of the wall.

Good product can recommend
Takes 100kg without issues, used proper M10 rawl bolts from the start. Did not use bolts provided. When using for dips make sure the U brackets hooks onto the highest round bar on top. Then you will have no issues.
Having this in my room inspires me to work out more often and the advantage is I don't have to leave my room??
Works well, like the Grips, Smooth on the Skin, liked that it had 8x Mount holes, used my own Heavy duty M10 Rawl Bolts. Overall happy. Thank you!
